Circa 1870, welcome to the Frogmore Lodge. Originally built as a boarding house, the property was used by Frogmore Masonic Lodge #64 until it was acquired by the Historic Beaufort Foundation in 2012. After a new foundation and roof was installed in 2015. the property was purchased by Paradise Point Construction and was completely renovated. New wiring, plumbing, new heart pine floors on the first floor and the original heart pine floors on the second floor. All of the appliances were new in 9/2021 as well as natural gas Rinnai water heater, natural gas logs in the back to back fireplace facing dining and living room. The first floor primary bedroom with en-suite was added new at the time of the renovation.
